CORONAVIRUS: Keep Fit and Stay Safe, Coach Afolabi Advises Cynosure FC Players, Technical Crew
Players and the technical crew of Cynosure Football Club of Ebonyi State have been advised to keep fit with regular indoor fitness training and obey government's directives aimed at preventing the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
In a personal message by the club's Head Coach, Sina Afolabi, he urged players to always be careful and steer clear of any activity that can cause injury to their body and mind in this trying period.
"It is important for our players to make sure that they stay fit through regular indoor exercises like aerobics, jogging, briskwall, sit-ups, warm up and down etc during this period of lockdown. This is important to keep the players in good shape even though the resumption date is not known yet."
"It is our desire to keep the good record of Cynosure FC, known for its good and scintillating performances and I use this medium to appreciate the management of the club for everything put in place before the break which will assist the team to do well when the league begins."
"I also appreciate the cooperation of all the technical crew and backroom staff of the team which has been what keeps us together. I urge all of us to make sure that we embark on social distancing, wash our hands regularly, use face mask and stay at home as we seek divine end to Coronavirus disease, which has brought the global sporting activities to a halt," concluded Coach Afolabi.
