WHAT PATIENCE CAN DO

The ability of been cool, calm, gentle and self-restraint at a moment of distress and temptation is referred to as PATIENCE.

Temptations do come, problems do arise, but mostly Patience is denied. Man shouldn't be known for his deeds and actions alone. However he should be tagged with his silence, cool-headed and patience. Patience should be charged in all spheres of life, it should be applied to whatever temptation we encounter, short-tempered people only have there hands dipped-in in regret and destruction. This reminds me the story of a man, the story goes thus " A man came out of his home to admire his new truck.

To his puzzlement, his three-year-old son was happily hammering dents into the shiny paint of the truck.

The man ran to his son, knocked him away, and hammered the little boy’s hands into pulp as punishment.

When the father calmed down, he rushed his son to the hospital. Although the doctor tried desperately to save the crushed bones, he finally had to amputate fingers from boy’s both hands.

When the boy woke up from the surgery and saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently said, “Daddy, I’m sorry about your truck.” Then he asked, “But when are my fingers going to grow back?”

The father went home and committed suicide."

Think about this story the next time someone steps on your feet or you wish to take revenge. Think first before you lose your patience with someone you love. Trucks can be repaired. Broken bones and hurt feelings often can’t.

Too often we fail to recognize the difference between the person and the performance. We forget that forgiveness is greater than revenge.
The reversal would have been the case assuming the man isn't irrational to his reaction, the boy wouldn't have been beaten to a pulp and the father wouldn't have committed suicide.
What patience can solve hasn't be created.

Let the leaders exercise patience over their subjects, and at the same time let followers reciprocate by doing the same. With this, mutual understanding will be present, conflict, chaos and riot shall be abrogated.

The smallest unit of a country is the family. When family structure isn't upright, the country will be dilapidated. I hereby implore and urge families to excercise patient on each other. When this is ensured, undoubtedly, this country will be an avalon of blessings, fortunes, wealth, love and all sorts of good things.
