Two youthful boys have been caught with nothing less than 10 female panties in Delta State. It occurred at the Umutu, Ukwuani local government area of Delta state.
It was reported from sources that, the last one they pulled before being arrested was from a young girl.
The suspects were displayed in public before they were put in the hands of the security operatives in the environment.
Two weeks ago, a man was captured while on a mission to steal underwear in Delta state.
The suspect was captured by local vigilante in Agbarha area of the state after he supposedly stole a bra and was searching for panties to steal to make his mission complete.
