BUHARI STOPS MILITARY RAID OF DAILY TRUST

Today, the Soldiers and the Nigeria police lay siege to daily trust Office,located in Lagos State.

The Nigerian government however as ordered the Military personnel to leave the offices of the Media Trust,the publishing house of Daily Trust.

This was posted by Garba Shehu, the Spokesperson of President Muhammadu Buhari, at exactly 10:12 p.m today on his official Twitter account and confirmed by Adekka tv.

"The Federal Government has directed the military to vacate the premises of @daily_trust and the order has been complied with. Issues between the military and the newspaper as they affect the coverage of the war in the Northeast will be resolved through dialogue".

The reason for the siege is yet to be known as at the time of filing this report.
