OSUN GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION TRIBUNAL TRANSFERRED TO ABUJA

The Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal which was constituted to oversee the complaints that occurred from the Osun State Governorship Election held on September 22 has been transferred to Abuja,the Federal Capital Territory.

Adamu Aliyu,the Secretary of the tribunal, made this announcement yesterday in a statement that was posted on the notice board within the premises of the High Court of Justice Complex, Osogbo,Osun State Capital.

The statement goes thus; "The general public should be informed that the sitting of the Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has been relocated from High Court Justice Complex Osogbo to FCT High Court Apo, Abuja."

He also affirmed the development in a telephone interview to Adekka TV without giving any reason for the relocation of the tribunal.

Speaking on behalf of PDP,Mr Dele Adeleke, emphasize that the geographical location of the tribunal would not stop Senator Ademola Adeleke from the repossess of his mandate as the governor of the state.
