JURGEN KLOPP BLAMED ONLY ONE PLAYER FOR THEIR LOSS IN UCL MATCH



The Liverpool Manager, Jurgen Klopp has blamed his talisman, Daniel Sturridge for the Reds shameful loss in the hands of All Star Belgrade at home in the Uefa Champions League Match yesterday.Liverpool loss the Match 2 goals to nil in favor of the Visitors.

The Liverpool boss said that the striker’s horror miss changed the game.
Daniel Sturridge, who was no more a regular starter for Liverpool but was given a rare start by Klopp, missed an empty net from just six yards after 17 minutes of match played yesterday evening.

The England talisman was substituted for Roberto Firmino at half-time and Jurgen Klopp believe his miss might have swung the match in the hosts’ favour.

“The start was intense, that was clear,” Klopp told reporters after the match.
“Red Star wanted to strike back, which they did.
“We had the first big chance with Daniel, a very big one.
“Each goal in a game like this leads the game in a specific direction.”
