TRUMP INDICATES 'AMERICANS MUST UNIFY' AS THE FLORIDA MAN WAS APPREHENDED IN BOMB SECRET PLAN TARGETING DEMOCRATS
President Donald Trump on Friday called on Americans to come as one shortly after a Florida man was apprehended in connection with a dozen mail bombs sent to an array of the president's public foils.
"The bottom line is that Americans must unify," Trump said. "We must show the world that we are united together in peace and love and harmony as fellow American citizens. There is no country like our country."
The 56 years old,Cesar Sayoc of Aventura, Florida, was taken into custody earlier in the day and is expected to face federal criminal charges in the matter.
Donald Trump instructed the authorities to spare no expense in prosecuting "them, him, her, whoever it may be to the fullest extent of the law." This remark prompted laughter from the audience.
"These terrorizing acts are despicable and have no place in our country," Trump added.
